প্রজ্ঞাপনে বলা হয়েছে, বাংলাদেশ জুডিসিয়াল সার্ভিসের নিম্নবর্ণিত সদস্যদের চাকরির মেয়াদ ২৫ বছর পূর্ণ হওয়ায় সুপ্রিম কোর্টের সঙ্গে পরামর্শক্রমে তাদের সরকারি চাকরি আইন, ২০১৮- এর ৪৫ ধারার বিধান মতে চাকরি থেকে অবসর দেওয়া হলো।
