বান্দরবানের রুমা উপজেলার দুর্গম পাহাড়ে সেনাবাহিনীর অভিযানে কুকি-চিন ন্যাশনাল আর্মির (কেএনএ) কমান্ডারসহ দুই সদস্য নিহত হয়েছেন। এ সময় সেনাবাহিনী তিনটি এসএমজি, একটি রাইফেলসহ অস্ত্র ও গোলাবারুদ উদ্ধার করেছে।
আজ বৃহস্পতিবার সকালে আন্তঃবাহিনী জনসংযোগ পরিদপ্তরের (আইএসপিআর) এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এসব তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়, অভিযান চলমান রয়েছে।
